Sebastian Mendoza: Hello and good day to all who are reading this updated blogger version of my final portfolio. More pictures and imagery will show up during the hours that this is being processed, this website is not only directed towards middle school grade children, but focuses more on the spectrum of uncomfortability and how heartfelt poetry and writing material that can envision a child’s navigation, self-confidence, and emotional build of encouragement. Middle school is very rigorous and no kids should have to feel alone. My stories on my blog reflect the rebellious mindset that all teenagers aspire to have, the God willing and indifference of speaking from a higher value rather than be afflicted by their own fatalities and tragedies. The main imagery of the blog even emulates the sad yet goofy environment, middle school children live in, such as Jake, trying to gain the newfound confidence he did didn’t know he had as he rises from the ashes. As the blog is opened, students will be more attuned to the blue highlighted backgrounds to create a more safe space and environment for their positive affirmations.
